The Love Hypothesis

Third-year Ph.D. candidate Olive Smith does not believe in lasting romantic relationships, but her best friend Anh persuades her to fake a romance to prove otherwise. In a panic, Olive kisses the first man she sees: Adam Carlsen, a young hotshot professor known as Stanford's lab tyrant. Adam agrees to keep Olive's charade a secret and pose as her fake boyfriend. When a major science conference goes haywire and threatens Olive's career, Adam offers unyielding support while their staged arrangement grows into an unexpectedly combustible attraction.
